About Us
Cave Dale Cottage marks the start of the popular Cave dale footpath which is situated in the heart of the Peak District national park. It is located just two minutes walk from the centre of Castleton, you can easily walk to all of the famous caverns (Speedwell, The Devils Arse and Blue John) There are several quaint shops selling the famous Blue John stone amongst other gifts and outdoor walking equipment. You will find 6 public houses that all serve food within a short distance and cafe’s for breakfast and afternoon tea. 1530 restaurant is within a 2 minute walk and is highly recommended but please be sure to book !
A short drive will get you to Chatsworth House, Matlock and Buxton to name a few.
The cottage is a 2 double bed self catering cottage with a Jack and Jill bathroom, gas central heating and a wood-burner stove. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The property also has a smart TV with full wifi. All linen and towels are included.

Checkin & Checkout
Checkin for both cottages is between 3pm – 8pm and check out is at 11am. Details for key collection will be emailed 1 week before check in.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 1 month prior to checkin 50% refund if cancelled 2 weeks prior to check in.
